I like this location very much. The staff is always eager to help. I wanted to purchase a pair of boots I saw online. However, they don't sell shoes, so an associate purchased them online for me.

Nice huge store located in downtown Walnut Creek. Mixed Gender apparel. There’s a bunch of cute clothes that you may not see in other stores. I took home a sweatshirt that I was looking for in other stores and found it here! The staff were not very friendly so we didn’t stay very long. The cashier was nice though and we still purchased items.

This 2 story UO has nice selection of their signature garb. As with all Urban Outfitters, can be pricey, but you know that. Plenty in Stock, all sizes. Cashiers were challenged to answer a couple simple questions, though - they need more training & familiarity with their merchandise. Store is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Dressing room attendant wouldn't allow my daughter's grandma to go in with her - odd given that they knew how many items she took in to try on. We dig the gender neutral policy, though. Progressive!

Store Manager Emma Is Amazing 👏🏾 She's Friendly and Professional. Someone Mistagged an item I wanted to purchase for Granddaughter, the sales associate stated , " I can't give this to you at this price" I asked for the Manager, Explained the situation and within minutes, Emma took care of it. Great customer service skills 👍👍👍

Edgy girlcore steampunk urban wear with cute accessories. This is a spacious store and you should definitely stop in and support. The associates were decent and helpful imo. Outfits are easy to spot and everything is clean, even the fitting rooms.

Urban Outfitters is a great store and this one is in a perfect location. The storefront is kind of hard to see from the street since the sign is small so be aware of that. The prices are extremely fair considering the quality of the clothing and there's a large variety of tops, dresses, sweaters, etc. for every occasion. There's an entire section for jeans with super high quality denim. They also have a great selection of accessories (bags, hats, glasses) and small novelty items. Even the sale section had some great finds as well!

I used to find really cool stuff here but I feel like I only come here to do online returns. However they are severely understaffed so there is always a long line leading to one person at the register who more often than not looks stressed. I also made a return here 2 weeks ago and have not gotten my money back. Annoying to say the least
