I visited the Valley Fair store after a positive experience at the Santa Cruz location, where the manager was exceptionally helpful. At Santa Cruz, I was advised that by providing the exact date, time, and register number of my purchase—even without a receipt—the order could be looked up. However, at the Valley Fair store, the manager flatly refused to assist me, insisting that they couldn’t locate my order despite having all the necessary details. When I pressed for clarification, her response was dismissive, and the young attendant assisting me was rude and condescending throughout the interaction. I later confirmed with the Santa Cruz manager that such inconsistent service is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with customer service, and I’m extremely disappointed with the poor treatment I received at the Valley Fair store.

All the sales associates were so kind and helpful, I wanted an item that wasnt available in store however they were happy to place an order to my home :)

Their is. A Bedazzling selection. I love how trendy everything is great for gifts. A lil bit pricer than an average store but it is fine I expect that from super trendy famous stores. I do feel that the beauty section of nail polish is great. When I went I saw so many holo shades. Shout-out if you watch Simplynailogical anyways everything is great. Good service and cute clothes

Walked in to this location this evening and asked a simple question. Was given a smart ass response. Young kid doesn’t deserve a job in customer service Last time I will ever spend a dime at this store. His ignorance surpasses all stupidity Beware if you look unhoused or your physical disability is noticeable Never again.

Very overpriced. However if u like to shop the markdown section sometimes u can find a few cool things. In the past the manager with blonde hair and an attitude made me feel uncomfortable had me mistaken for someone else and she made a fool of herself. I suggest going across the street to Oneills or even up a few blocks on Pacific Ave to Crossroads. Even though opinions are like a$$*#!s & (everybody's got one). But I was treated unfairly and will not return to spend my hard earned money.

Friendly staff, great selection of products, and so fashionable. The store manager Molly is the most wonderful person I've ever met, she's so helpful and sweet. I dont want to go anywhere else for home accessories or clothing. Get yourself some plate! Get some fart machines! Get some records! You wanna be cool? Go to this store

I love this store. It's very pricey but hip and luxurious. Nice candles and cool pop culture items. Clothing and textiles are unique and my absolute favorite throw blanket ever came from here. The amped fleece throw. I bought one in each color. Staff is friendly.
