Urban Outfitters

Another favorite clothing place for me. Their selection has always elevated my style. I've always wondered who curates their selection because Urban always has a very unique style. This is usually one of my first stops. And the staff are all well dressed and nice.

My four year daughter loved it. Quinn actually started singing and did a bit of a jig at one point🤣 like mother like daughter🌵💮💮 Thank God My Mama always said I would be blessed with a little girl that would always keep me on my toes.

High-key really unhappy with the customer service the male with the blonde and black hair kinds curly looks like a boneless Afro was being really lazy and very rude/lazy when I asked for a refund

My only experience with this store was over the phone, but Jennifer at the register was a wonderful sales person! She was ready to help + super patient with me and my questions about inventory. I will exclusively be driving out to this Brea location thanks to their professional and personable customer service.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful 👍 This review is about the vinyl section. This store’s selection is just bad and never has variety compared to other locations I have visited. This is also the only location I have seen where they overstock on Taylor Swift and nothing else. Urban Outfitters releases cool vinyl variants for way more artists based on what I’ve seen online, but it’s sad that this location’s stock doesn’t reflect that. If you see your favorite artist has a UO exclusive pressing, you’ll probably not find it because they don’t plan on selling it here. You’re better off going somewhere else in SoCal or just ordering it online.

i always have such a great shopping experience at this location! everyone is so helpful and sweet but i’d like to more specifically acknowledge Katie. today she helped me with an order and was so patient and considerate, she went out of her way to help me and i couldn’t thank her enough!

Katie and Davina were AWESOME! I can in to find an item as a Christmas gift. Only 14 left but could not be ordered online. These two ladies jumped on a phone and made it happen. Great to see customer service is still alive and well at UO’s Brea!! Will definitely shop here again !

Not 1 person said hello or acknowledged my daughter and I, when we entered the store. Several associates just hanging around doing absolutely nothing? What a waste of bodies in the store, people standing around getting paid not to greet or help others, Even taking selfies!!!!! While the cashiers were working overtime helping and answering questions and directing customers to items in the store! They should be paid double $$ needless to say I will not take my daughter back in to this store ever!
