The employees were lovely but it was way too hot in there. The temperature in the store made the shopping experience unpleasant. Can’t imagine what it’s like working in these conditions.

was in a rush and The item I was looking for was stained. When I went to switch it out, the other one was stained in a different place. It was not part of the garment. It was a genuine stain, and it was disappointing to see at the cost. They are charging.

This Urban Outfitters is centrally located in San Jose with great access to accessible parking. it is typically overpriced but obviously not anymore overpriced than any other Urban Outfitters for a store that's in a mall. I was impressed with the array of hair products and low to mid priced makeup they had, the standard fast fashion jewelry and accessories, some overpriced Polaroid camera garbage (extremely wasteful by the way) and appropriately trendy clothes the sales staff was quite available friendly. It was fairly horrifying to see a Grateful Dead t-shirt there but I guess money is money. I cannot imagine myself putting their dietary supplements in my body but they had a number of them available. If you seen it on Instagram, SnapChat, or a Kardashian / Jenner, it's in Urban Outfitters for sure.

Love the brand but this store is awful. The fitting rooms are very dirty with balls of dust laying around - feels like they weren’t clean for weeks, if ever. I also accidentally left my top in the fitting room and when I came back for it it was in a trash bin and the staff member handed it to me with the tips of her fingers and disgusted face. Way to go Urban Outfitters to make your customers feel respected and appreciated. Never shopping at this location again.

Yesterday I went, found a pair of jeans I liked. Went to the fitting room and asked the lady if they had a size bigger I can find online because I couldn’t find the exact wash online myself so I asked for help. At the end she just told me they were looking in store and online to help me if there was a bigger size. I saw no one move from the registers and they were all talking on the mic. They told me there was nothing online and in store. I was like I feel like that’s a lie because I saw no one walk over to where I found the jeans. So I walked over myself with my friend, got on my knees to the bottom of the jeans table and found some the exact size I needed way inside the compartment. They didn’t check at all and don’t want to do work 👍🏻

Placed an order online. Waited 2 weeks just to receive the wrong item. And original item I ordered is out of stock. AND I need to go to USPS to return the wrong item. Also noted that USPS has the same schedule to most 9-5 jobs. This is more than ridiculous. Awful corporate with awful rules.

TLDR: Rude staff, discriminatory treatment. The staff at this UO location were very rude and had a lot of attitude. No one was coordinating the fitting room, so I went in to try clothes on. A few minutes later, the staff comes by to tell me to put my clothes on and leave the dressing room, and that clearly they had blocked the dressing room so no one could enter with a bunch of attitude. However, the dressing room entry way was wide open and there was no sign saying the fitting room was closed. As I was leaving, they let in a white mom and her daughter into the dressing room… I’m not entirely sure if this was discrimination, but it was very rude behavior and inconsistent treatment of customers. I will not be shopping at this location any time soon, nor do I recommend it for anyone else.
