Took my daughter to get a specific vinyl for her birthday and she was so happy that they had it. The staff that helped us was so friendly and inviting. Will definitely go again even though we are from a different city. It's worth the drive if you make a day of it because there's lots of shops and places to eat and things to see around the area.

Leo was absolutely amazing and so attentive to my friend & I needing help with getting our fitting rooms situated. He was extremely helpful and just very lovely to interact with. All of the employees at this location are super friendly which eases my anxiety about clothes shopping. I’ll definitely be returning!

went in during my lunch break to window shop since i was gonna shop anyway after work. as i was exiting, the security gate beeped. no big deal, i looked to give a courtesy wave to the cashier thinking it would be fine. not one but TWO girls come over to look in my purse. The first girl didn’t find anything(bc i didn’t have anything) and asked me to wave my purse through. it beeps so a second girl comes over and sends her away? She then asked me to then take my CLEAR makeup bag out of my purse and wave that through the gate as well. The makeup bagged beeped and i said it might be my bandage box( it’s metal idk?) The second girl then asked to inspect the makeup bag, and even stared at my pocket until i pulled out my airpod case? The biggest gag was the whiole time i was in the store i had a smoothie in one hand and my phone in the other. I felt so embarrassed, everyone walking in thought i had stolen something- and after i let her look through every inch of my purse, i said “sorry i don’t know what it could have been” trying to ease the tension. Her response ? “well it didn’t beep when you came in” i don’t even think i said anything back. i could not believe she said that. waste of my time and violating, can’t believe the business allows this behavior?

My son and I just left and had a beautiful shopping experience. Layla the manager helped us personally and found everything that we were looking for as always she's a joy. Her staff is like minded, obviously because they're trained by the best !!! Thank you Layla for always helping me have the best experience possible.

I call looking for an item,not aware that the store had 5 minutes before it open lady answered sound VERY ANGRY said call BK when we open.I call Roseville the Roseville Urban Outfitters the lady was very Happy to assist me,VERY helpful.Downtown location need customer skills.If you are clocked in on an job you should be working!!! DON'T bite the hand that's feeding you!!

Normally I avoid this store, as it's been years since I last shopped at their Berkeley location. They always have a great selection of whatever is currently in style as far as clothing, accessories, and home decor. This particular location is huge, well-organized and well-maintained, and doesn't feel crowded like some of the other stores I've been to. I don't like to shop here based on price points alone; I feel they're way too expensive for what you get. With that said, this particular trip I didn't buy anything although I did see a lot of items I could have easily splurged on. I can't speak for customer service as I had no contact with any of the employees whatsoever. I also can't comment on DOCO parking because I always visit on-foot. Overall not too bad of a location to shop.

The manager was really cool. I live a few mins walk away from the place and she made me feel local love so I'll be back for more probably within a week or so Keep up the good work and thanks!
