My favourite clothing store on the planet, I'd buy food from them if they sold it! Amazing customer service, wonderful products, a fantastic returns policy, a points scheme, discount codes a plenty & so much more. If I want to buy anything goth fashion related I ALWAYS try to buy it from Kate's Clothing if it's available, as it's my favourite business. All the staff are wonderful & helpful too. Perfect!!!

I've been a customer of Kate's Clothing for years. This is the only website that I will use to buy my clothes, hair dye, etc. Not only does Kate's clothing have the cheapest prices compared to others, there's always great deals in the clearance section, and such amazing sales. There's also free returns which is I think every website should have. Lastly, Kate herself always gives such great customer service and I really appreciate that.

When it comes to online retailers, Kate sets the gold standard in my humble opinion. Every time I have had any sort of issue with a product (which, might I add, has been very rare - in fact it has only happened once in the many orders I have made!), they have gone above and beyond to resolve it. The staff is friendly and personable, and when I made a silly error by entering my old address on the shipping form, I managed to catch it immediately in the confirmation email and after a quick phone call it was sorted out and my package arrived safely at my new home. From questions about sizing, lightning fast shipping, to quick, easy, free returns, Kate's is my go-to store for most of my clothing!

Always the best service. They have a good range of brands, good quality products. Great sales and the absolute best customer service. They’re always so helpful if you have to contact them at all. I wish every online shopping experience was like it is with Kate’s Clothing. Definitely recommend

My order arrived absolutely reeking of mold and one item i ordered actually had mold on it 😨 I returned the items for a full refund however i wasn’t refunded in full, i reached out to let them know that i hadn’t been refunded the correct amount and they replied asking for photos of the moldy items they had the cheek to send out in the first place. Luckily i took photos of the moldy items they sent me so i was able to forward them onto Kate who then didn’t reply to me. At this point i went ahead and left a review on the Katesclothing site (which was never approved by Kate to show on the site, alarming in itself) which Kate then responded to swiftly. She replied saying that she was having problems in her personal life which was highly inappropriate and she also put the blame for the moldy items i received on the brand which was patronising at best - for one thing Katesclothing buy the items from brands and store them in the Katesclothing warehouse like hello, they're not drop shipping. And I regularly buy directly from the brand my items were from and i have never had a bad experience, absolutely not anything moldy or faulty show up from them, they’re a luxury brand with a great reputation. eventually Katesclothing did finally refund me in full but after a big headache and nevertheless a terrible experience that is definitely not up to par. Unfortunately a quick google search revealed that i am not the only person who has had a horrible experience with Katesclothing. Beware of this company and beware of business owners who silence reviews and hit you with a sob story after they attempt to pull a fast one on you.

I had my very first purchase from Kate's probably 8 or 9 years ago and I haven't looked back since. I prefer buying from them, rather than elsewhere due to their customer services which are second to none, and I never encountered any issues with orders or postage.

What can I say, Kate's Clothing are by far one of the best places I have ever ordered from online. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would! Their clothing range is awesome. Very quick postage. Excellent returns policy. Great communication, you are always kept well informed on the progress of your order and returns. I have made many orders over the years (and plan to make many more!) and on the very rare occasions there was a problem with my order is was sorted without any hassle at all. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the excellent work KC 😙

I have ordered a few times now and have to say that for a small company, they could teach the larger ones how to operate. Prices are great, items are despatched so fast it feels like they knew what I am ordering before I do and despite all the issues with Royal Mail during the global pandemic, items have still arrived quickly and everything is well packaged. Can't fault Kate's Clothing for their customer service, product range or delivery.
