I visited the Urban Outfitters store in Cabot Circus, Bristol, two weeks ago, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The store was in a shockingly poor condition—dirty, disorganised, and clearly neglected. There were very few staff members on the floor, and those present were gathered behind the counter chatting, completely ignoring the customers. The floor was littered with clothes and rubbish, creating a very uninviting atmosphere. The changing rooms were particularly appalling—dusty, dirty, and filled with trash. The cabin walls and mirrors hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like a long time. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I won’t be returning.

Shop is an absolute mess every time I’ve been in there. Clothes all over the floor, looks like the place has been ransacked. Actually pretty poor health and safety. Especially with clothes lying at the bottom of the stairs for ppl to trip over! Considering how overpriced everything is it’s awful how it’s kept. Hire more staff to look after the place

ngl...tho problematic. this is one of my favourite stores, all be it's overpriced for not being ethical in the slightest... they stock the cutest items that i can't seem to find in other places, i just stick to the sales section. i have always found the staff here friendly & helpful and i never go in without leaving with something. i just wish they weren't as overpriced as they are and i wish they were ethical... if they were ethical i wouldn't mind paying the full price, so i'll stick to the sales 、⊹꙳🍽️◟✩🐰◟✩🤍⩊˚

Close fitting rooms early up to 60-90 mins before closing and cite "other stores do this" as an excuse! I don't think they do? Dreadful and lethargic service!

Was stuck looking for a dress for an event the next day and walked everywhere, luckily I bumped into Tom who showed me exactly where to go and was really helpful and got me out of my pickle!

Staff are very obnoxious and unhelpful. Denied a return despite statutory rights due to a faulty product. There was a girl on the till who was borderline aggressive, making sure she shouted out to everyone about how she wouldn't refund my product. A manager, girl on the larger side also refused and was just hostile/rude, trying to tell me I'd damaged the product or that it was otherwise my fault. The staff in this store clearly don't understand consumer law which isn't good considering the nature of the business. I'd really suggest employing mature staff who speak to customers respectfully and follow the law. The staff are unfortunately what let's this store down massively - Accusatory, unprofessional and just unhelpful. Stay away. These people were all working 28/09 around 14:00 on the tills.
