Had never been here before and it was awesome!! I came from Unicoi to this particular spot because they have these really cool "beginner" walkers that my seven year old loved! Had it not been for those, she wouldn't have learned to skate, but she did!! By the end of the 2.5 hours yesterday, she was skating on her own! Both my girls (7 and 14) and myself had an amazing time and were not ready to leave.

Excellent place to take the kids for a fun night out! The environment is great for families, prices are reasonable, and it’s clean and cared for! My daughter took classes here for a while when she was more interested in skating, and the staff was absolutely amazing with the kids! So glad they renovated it here, it’s so fun! Definitely get to relive my childhood here, but it’s much better even now! So glad I get to bring my kids here from time to time!

Absolutely nothing but great things to say. From the cleanliness of the place to every member of staff being super friendly, this is the place if you love skating. After visiting just one time my 10 year old daughter has decided she wants to have her birthday party here. We love this place and plan on visiting often in the near future.

We just had a birthday party here! We had the most amazing stress free experience. Kortni took care of everything, literally! Because of that, I was able to enjoy talking to guests and even had time to skate myself!!!!! They did games for the kiddos as well. I had a party of mainly kindergarteners and it was a success! I highly recommend this place for parties, you will not regret it.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Let's start with the staff. Every single person from the snack bar staff to the DJ to the owner has a clear vision of what drives their business, and it shows. Everyone is working towards a goal of serving families and creating a safe, friendly environment. They have the proper rules and processes in place to keep the environment safe and clean. Don't go there if you want to cause trouble because they don't tolerate that. My family and I truly appreciate that. This place has a great vibe and community of regular skaters who are very welcoming to new skaters who want to join in on the fun. (You will be amazed by the JAM Skaters) Bristol Skateway offers a strong variety of food options such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken tenders, and french fries. They consistently add new items to the menu. I personally love the freshly-baked cookies. The quality of the food is very good and is a great choice for dinner or just a snack during your visit. On our most recent visit, we decided it was time for my 9-year-old daughter to upgrade to a new pair of skates. The owner, Gary, dropped everything he was doing to personally measure her foot and make recommendations. With Gary's help, my daughter decided on a pair, and the staff ordered the exact pair she wanted without any reservations. We will never purchase skates from anywhere else from now on. I learned they will be completing major renovations and upgrades very soon, including refinishing the wood skate surface. This further demonstrates their commitment to growing a successful business. When you go to Bristol Skateway, you can tell these people are passionate about this business. I can't wait to see how this business thrives in the future. My family and I have decided to make Bristol Skateway a regular choice for Saturday night entertainment.

Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming! We went in with just a few adults, and it was very nice. Excellent price too. Skate rentals are very cheap. If you're heading in with kids or you're just heading in with adult friends, it's a great spot!

Always have fun here! They have an arcade as well. It's kind of overpriced but I don't usually play it anyways. You can get a pitcher or soda or tea for $7 with a free refill. & If you want water you can get a pitcher for $5 with unlimited refills. So if you're a big group the pitcher is the way to go. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always stop to check on you if you've fallen. 10/10 recommend. This is my family's go to place for a special weekend activity! We are a family of 6 (4 kids, 2 adults) We all rent skates besides one, so with admission and skate rental it usually costs us between $63-$66. We usually do the 2-4:30pm session so I feel that's a good piece for all of us to get admission and skate rental.
