A hidden gem! Alan carries out machine repairs at a very reasonable price, there isn't much (if anything!) Alan doesn't know about all types of sewing machines and overlockers. He has fixed a couple of my machines several times. I've also purchased some fabulous fabrics and threads from Karen and can't wait for lockdown to be over so that I can see some new stock. Visited again 4/08/22 for a machine repair, thank you Alan for a great on site repair. Couldn’t help myself, bought more fabric. Lovely place to visit for a great range of threads, fabric and craft kits plus great for machine repairs. Thank you Karen & Alan

Wow what a wonderful experience. did a bead Jewellery making workshop with 3 of my friends on a whim, and my god did it exceed our expectations. Not only did we get to learn a new skill but it was taught in a friendly, fun and creative way that also let us express our individuality through the Jewellery that we made. The materials that were supplied to us were all included in the course and the choice of colours and styles were endless. And we all got to keep the sets that we made, not only that but bottomless tea and coffee were supplied and a simply fantastic and tasty range of cakes were laid on for breaktime. What we all really loved was the chance to chat, meet new people and learn something at the same time. A fantastic alternative to a night/lunch out in a pub or restaurant and a fraction of the cost. I cant recommend Aztec Threads highly enough.

So pleased I found this company. After having a ridiculously expensive quote to service my old Bernina I hunted around and found Aztec Threads who did an amazing job at a very good price. Very friendly and helpful staff and the shop itself is like an Aladdin's cave full of endless sewing goodies. Every sewers dream and I throughly recommend them.

This place is amazing. Go and lose yourself in all the sewing goodies and crafts, for hours. Karen and Alan are both a delight to work with and what Alan doesn't know about sewing machines, isn't worth knowing.

A great place for good quality, but very reasonably priced thread. Fantastic fabrics and other goodies. Well worth checking out as they now sell on line as well. A place that is a hidden gem.
