I wanted to give a shoutout to the cashier who assisted me around 1 PM today. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. His warm service made my shopping experience exceptional. Coming from California, where such outstanding customer service is rare, I was pleasantly surprised. It was evident that he's a hard worker, balancing both cashier duties and working the floor. I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning. Kudos to the team!

Sure! Here’s a scathing review for you: I had the absolute displeasure of shopping at Urban Outfitters recently, and I can confidently say I won’t be back. First of all, the atmosphere is completely lifeless—dim lighting, depressing music that makes you want to crawl into bed and give up on life, and a general lack of any energy. It’s as if the store itself is tired of existing. But let’s talk about the real issue: Nat, the store manager. I have never encountered someone so blatantly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Asking a simple question is met with an eye roll, a sigh, or an attitude like you’ve just personally inconvenienced them by existing. Need help finding something? Don’t bother—Nat will make it very clear that you’re on your own. And honestly, even if the service was decent, what would be the point? The clothing selection is abysmal. Absolutely no variety—just the same overpriced, poorly made, “effortlessly cool” nonsense repeated over and over again. It’s like they took the least interesting trends from five years ago and decided to double down. If you enjoy spending too much money on boring clothes in a store that feels like an abandoned warehouse while being treated like a burden, then by all means, Urban Outfitters (especially with Nat at the helm) is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. One star—only because zero isn’t an option.

It’s a very big location, a lot of space but there isn’t really much of a variety of items. They definitely need to stock a lot more on this location and really take advantage of such a large space.

Trendy upscale clothing store, target is high school and college students men’s and women’s options .. large location with upstairs, if you go upstairs they all most always have a big clearance section in the front section near the big windows .. My teen has scored some great deals there.. Otherwise be ready to spend some money.. this location is located at the UOfA so most employees are college students…

I was walking around when it started raining so bad it was flooding. The staff was very nice to help shelter and we all had a good laugh. They were super kind and I did check out the store and it looked really organized. The only thing I would say that was unfortunate was they didn't have umbrellas, but that really isn't a big issue.

The employees are nice but I’ve come here two Sundays in a row and they’re “closed for lunch” for over an hour. It’s frustrating they don’t post when they’ll be back from lunch, especially since they’re only open 12-6 on Sundays. I’m confused because all the other clothing boutiques on university stay open and they’re much smaller than UO.

Scam. Stay away. Ordered during their Black Friday sale, took two additional weeks for them to ship and they lost my package and they told me to file a police report. No refund, no info where there private shipper placed the package.. they just didn’t care.
