The jewelry quality was terrible but the staff and customer service was great and handled my issues with the product perfectly! I only have issues with the product, not the staff. Appreciate the kindness of the staff and the manager! Thank you!

Went Black Friday shopping. Got a couple things on sale. Manager did not offer to use my $5 credit that was on file with my loyalty account. I can understand not using it on a Black Friday sale, but then my daughter bought 1 item that wasn't on sale right after me and also used my loyalty number. They didn't offer to apply to that purchase, either. While we appreciate the shopping experience and service, I would've given 5 stars if you would've let me use the credits I earned.

Staff is always friendly. The young man is knowledgeable and always reminds me to use hot cash coupons towards purchases. Nice ideas for hard to find gifts. I Love that they carry Disney Marvel and more. My daughter loves the character backpacks. Nice collection of pins, cups, clothing socks in your favorite character and many more. Staff treats you with respect and are so helpful.

Most of the staff is very friendly and they usually have a good variety of sizes in gauged ear jewelry (the only purpose I go there). However... I hadn't sized up in a long time and needed help figuring out what my next size up was going to be, so an employee measured my jewelry and told me "this is your next size" and chose some tapers and plugs for me. Turns out that was NOT the correct size and I was not allowed to return them when I went back because of their no return policy on jewelry. Even though it was their mistake. :/

Me amd the fam went over the weeknd and the ppl working here were friendly and chill. I did buy an item that ended up being broken but when i noticed went back and they had no issues w.switching it for me. Wish there was more selection but other than that its good.

Love the manager she is always so nice and helpful. She's one of the main reasons I enjoy the bentley mall so much

4/5

The most unique and only licensed merch store in Fairbanks. Has a variety of items to choose; jewelry, clothes, makeup, bags, candy, etc. More popular with younger generations due to the style of the store and its products.
