Having skied for many years, age caught up with my feet leading to two trips ruined by burning excruciating pain through the ball of my foot. I was referred to Richard at Daleboot UK by another experienced bootfitter. Richard was knowledgeable and a great communicator during the measuring process and in the final fitting. The boots themselves, after a couple of days bedding in, are the most comfortable boots I've ever experienced. There was no pain at all. I almost missed the relief of taking boots off after a full day of skiing. I'm confident that any tweaks or changes needed in the future will be dealt with in the same way. I can not recommend Richard and the boots enough.

I had my boots made by Richard 5 years ago and they’ve been amazing for over 120 days skiing. I put them on first thing in the morning and do not touch them until the very end of the day (or evening sometimes!) and that can be for 20+ days on the bounce - all without any discomfort at all. I’ve popped back for a new set of straps and a minor adjustment to be welcomed again and given confidence the boots and liners have a few more years in them yet… great bloke, great boots, great service…..

Richard is a top guy who really took the time to understand where I’d had issues with ski boots in the past and why. Richard was able to tailor the boots to provide the level of performance/comfort I wanted, he is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Yes, these are expensive boots but they are worth the money with all the effort, care, attention and expertise that goes into making them just right. Any minor issues I’ve had where small adjustments were needed have been no trouble at all and I know if I have a question or I need to go in for a tweak in the future Richard will be happy to help. Thanks again Richard, I’ll be back for a replacement pair…should the current ones ever wear out!

I cannot recommend Richard's service and the boots enough! I would say this was the best value boot I have seen. After a few visits it fits perfectly and will last a lifetime. Richard is always friendly and is very knowledgeable. He knows exactly what adjustments to make with the right feedback and I can always come back for further adjustments.

Great service, Richard knows what he is doing! I've been using a set off Daleboots for over 10 years but wanted to get a new liner. Richard did a complete custom fitting and a thorough refurbish/service and my boots are literally like new. Awesome ski boots.

So happy with my new pair of dale boot ski boots. I never believed I could be actually comfortable in a pair of ski boots. Richard was amazing from start to finish. Explained the processes and worked with me to get my boot built to that perfect custom fit! My only regret was that I didn’t get a pair 17 years ago! Highly recommend

We love our Dale boots and have had them for nearly 10 years. We have been back a few times over the years just to make minor adjustments and Richard has always been very accommodating.
